March 4th, 2019 - Normal Pick Up Schedules

Monday March 4th, We are back on normally scheduled days and routes. For residential customers this week we will be picking up Recycle and NOT Yard Debris. Next week (normally scheduled Recycle) will be Recycle again in order to get back on track. Any extra trash or recycle please bag and place by containers and will remove without charge this week.

March 1st, 2019 - Continued Limited Services

Friday March 1st, Given most of our Residential Routes for Friday are in the South Hills area we are NOT running any Residential Services today instead we are focusing on catching up Commercial and Food Waste Services. Thank you all for your patience we will be back to normal schedule next week. Please bag up any extra trash or recycle and set out on your normal pick up day and we will remove without charge.

February 28th, 2019 - Continued Limited Services

Thursday February 28th, We are attempting limited commercial areas on streets and parking lots where safe and accessible. We are attempting Thursday Residential pickups within Eugene City Limits where safety and street access allows. Please bag any extra trash and we will pick up when possible. Thank you for your understanding and help!

Wednesday February 27th, due to continued hazardous conditions in some areas are NOT running redsidentail routes again today. We will be attempting limited commercial areas. Please bag any extra trash and we will pick up when possible. Thank you and be safe.

Tuesday February 26th, due to continued hazardous conditions in some areas are NOT running redsidentail routes again today. We will be attempting limited commercial areas. Please bag any extra trash and we will pick up when possible. Thank you and be safe.

February 25th, 2019 - Closed for Snow

Monday February 25th, 2019 we will be closed due to weather and un-safe operating conditions for our drivers and other community members on the road. We hope to resume normal schedules and routes tomorrow (being 24 hours behind) but this is still subject to being able to operate safely. Not all areas will be safely accessable please call our office with any questions. Thank You!

April 9th, 2018 - CHANGES TO RECYCLE

As of Monday the City of Eugene has decided, which we are extending to all our customers, to change the materials accepted in curbside and commercial recycle containers. This change is to exclude Plastics 3 through 7 effectively leaving only Milk Jugs and Clear Plastic Drink bottles as the ONLY allowable plastics. Other changes made are to exclude Shreaded Paper, Aseptic (gable top) containers, Drink Lids and Straws, Solo Cups, Any and all Lids (tin or otherwise), Broken Glass and Plant Pots. January 8st, 2018 - Back on Schedule + Christmas Tree Pickup

We have return to normal pickup schedules. For residential customer please be reminded to have all need containers on curb before 7am. This greatly reduces our and your costs. We will be picking up Christmas Trees by apointment onl. Cost is $12 per tree. Please call office to scheudle (541-688-5622). Will be picking up the week of January 8th.

January 1st, 2018 - Closed for New Years Day + 2018 Holiday Schedules

We will be closed for New Years Day resuming all routes on Tuesday running into Saturday. If your scheudled pick up day is Monday you may expect pickup on Tuesday and if on Friday you may expect on Saturday. Thank you for your help and understanding have a great Holiday.

New Years Day - Sunday, January 1st:There will be a 24 HOUR DELAY in our weekly schedule. If you're pickup day is Friday your pickup this week will be on Saturday.

Memorial Day - Monday, May 28th: There will be a 24 HOUR DELAY in our weekly schedule. If you're pickup day is Friday your pickup this week will be on Saturday.

4th of July - Wednesday, July 4th: Pickups on Thursday through Friday of this week will be DELAYED 24 HOURS. There is no delay for Monday or Tuesday services.

Labor Day - Monday, September 3th: There will be a 24 HOUR DELAY in our weekly schedule. If your pickup day is Friday your pickup this week will be on Saturday

Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 22rd: Thursday and Friday pickups will be DELAYED 24 HOURS. Monday through Wednesday pickups will not be delayed.

Christmas Day - Tuesday, December 25th: There will be a 24 HOUR DELAY in our weekly schedule; except for Mondays services.. If your pickup day is Friday your pickup this week will be on Saturday
