Cancellation Policy
Customer  must cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.  Any cancellation after 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment is considered a missed appointment and no refund is given.
Terms and condition/refund
This is an open ended service agreement the customer may cancel by contacting our office by phone.  Cancellation goes into effect one week after notification.  There is no refund for services rendered.

November 10th, 2017 - Phone lines are down

July 10th, 2017 - Back to Regular Schedule and Services

We are back to our regular service schedules after the Holiday Week. Thank you all!

July 4th, 2017 - Closed for 4th of July

Closed in observance of the 4th of July. All services delayed 24 hours. Be safe and have fun. All routes will begin again on Wednesday the 5th and will continue into Saturday the 8th.

June 1st, 2017 - Roll Cart Edicate for Residential Customers

Timliness - All carts must be out on street or curb before 7am. Out the night before is best practice to avoice being missed on your scheduled day.

Placement - Place carts at opposite sides of driveway or at least 3 feet apart.

Contents - Yard Debris cannot contain branches or sticks larger than 2" in diameter nor can it contain scrap wood such as 2x4's or the like. Recycle may not contain styrofoam, hard plastic food containers or paper/carboard/plastic that is soiled with food or otherwise dirty.

Weight - Carts cannot weigh more than 120lbs. This is for driver safety and an overweight cart may result in a skipped pickup until weight is reduced.

May 29th, 2017 - Close for Memorial Day

We will be closed Monday, May 29th, 2017 in observance of Memorial Day. All services will be delayed 24hrs with the exception of our Commercial Food Waste customers that will serviced on their normal day.

January 11th, 2017 - Normal Pickup Scheudle and Delay Make Up

We are back to our normal pickup days and schedules. Due to the previous weather delays we will be picking up all extra bags at no charge. Please have containers out and available on your normal service day. Commercial Customers and Multifamily Complexes please contact us if you have any overflowing containers and we will make arrangements to come clean up the site.

January 10th, 2017 - Possible Weather Delay - UPDATE: NO DELAY

Weather services are predicting snow and/or freezing rain Wednesday, January 11th, starting at 2am. Depending on severity pickups may be delayed by 24 hours. Please place your containers curbside by 6am on your normal pickup day and we will be by as soon as safely possible. As with past weather delays if you have extra bags please place by container and we will pickup without charge. Thank you for your patience.

January 9th, 2017 - Christmas Trees

If you have a Christmas tree and you would like to have removed please call us to schedule a time and we will be happy help. Charges are $12 per tree.

January 1st, 2017 - Holiday Schedule

New Years Day - Sunday, January 1st: There will be NO DELAY in our schedule due to holiday falling on a weekend.

Memorial Day - Monday, May 29th: There will be a 24 HOUR DELAY in our weekly schedule. If you're pickup day is Friday your pickup this week will be on Saturday

4th of July - Tuesday, July 4th: Pickups on Tuesday through Friday of this week will be DELAYED 24 HOURS. There is no delay for Monday services.

Labor Day - Monday, September 4th: There will be a 24 HOUR DELAY in our weekly schedule. If your pickup day is Friday your pickup this week will be on Saturday

Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 23rd: Thursday and Friday pickups will be DELAYED 24 HOURS. Monday through Wednesday pickups will not be delayed.

Christmas Day - Monday, December 25th: There will be a 24 HOUR DELAY in our weekly schedule. If your pickup day is Friday your pickup this week will be on Saturday
